
About Us
Oak Grove Therapy is a husband-and-wife team. Jill and Lee Sinnott bring their skills and experience together to help their clients. Jill and Lee consult and work with each other to gain insights from each other’s training, experience, and perspectives.
Jill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She earned her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) with a Clinical Practice Concentration, at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has been practicing since 2013.
Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider (LPC- MHSP). He earned his Master of Science in Counseling (MSC) with a Clinical Mental Health Concentration at Milligan University. He has been practicing since 2018.

Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Lee Sinnott, LPC-MHSP
Lee Sinnott, LPC, MHSP, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He specializes in mindfulness, spiritual issues, trauma, and finding meaning. He has experience working with people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, and trouble adjusting to life's challenges. Lee’s preferred therapeutic styles are Logotherapy, CBT, DBT, Existential therapy, as well as an approach he is developing call Transcendental Psychotherapy.

Clinical Social Worker
Jill Sinnott, LCSW
Jill Meredith Collins Sinnott, LCSW, has been practicing since 2013 after completing her Master’s Degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has worked with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings, including in-home and outpatient. Jill enjoys using play therapy techniques with children. She uses CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
